I took the excursion for 1 hour. It is very short and more if there are participants who have never run a Segway. The tour started late and the staff was not friendly. The guide was good, although he did not pay much attention to the group (of 3) since he was walking away and texting all the time.

Excellent Fun !

My friend and I had never done Segway before. Jose gave us a lesson beforehand and it was easier than we imagined. The office was easy to find and as It had been raining, Jose provided us with ponchos which was handy. The tour with Jose was informative and fun. The park is so beautiful and due to its size (5 kms ) we wouldn't have seen all the major attractions if we had done it on foot. I cannot recommend this company and Jose enough. Such fun !

Fantastic tour! Brilliant experience.

We absolutely loved our Segway Tour with Madrid Segways- our guide was fantastic and the experience was 10/10!! The park itself is beautiful and the segways are a fantastic way to see it! Free drinks at the end was brilliant and well worth it. Don’t book through GetYourGuide though, book directly with the Madrid Segways as GetYourGuide took my payment but then didn’t pass the booking onto the company so they were essentially out of pocket for this trip!
