Experience the true art of Tapeo in Madrid and discover Spanish gastronomy on a tapas and wine tour. Go from bar to bar as you explore neighborhoods like Barrio de las Letras, La Latina, and Los Asturias and savor mouthwatering bites and excellent wines. Meet your guide at San Miguel Square and explore the streets of La Latina, Cava Baja, and Cuchilleros, the most famous sites for Tapeo. Here, taste scrumptious mushroom tapas or Padrón peppers. Near the first stop, visit a picturesque boutique and enjoy the essence of Spain with a curated selection of ham and Iberian sausages, perfectly paired with quality wines. Walk through the Plaza Mayor and Barrio de las Letras, where famous poets and artists spent the best years of their lives. Next to Huertas Street, pop into a historic renovated bar to taste meat cheeks, known as "Carrilleras,” with some smashed potatoes and a glass of wine.  Continue walking through Plaza de Santa Ana and visit a charming rooftop terrace for a cocktail. Admire the wonderful views of the city and the Teatro Español.

David was a wonderful tapas guide around Madrid. He showed us a variety of high quality tapas locations, had a drink and tapa and seating ready for us at each of the locations, and shared a good bit of Madrid history along the way. He was even incredibly accommodating to us as we had our 5 month old and stroller along for the journey. Highly recommend!
