I booked a guided tour in the Royal Palace. I really enjoyed my tour with Roció, our guide. She explained us always the story behind of each room and the objects exhibited. Even if the Palace is just so beautiful, I am sure that I would not have enjoyed the Palace that much if I visited it alone. Rocío is an excellent guide who is really knowledgeable and funny as well. I highly recommend the tour to everyone, you will not regret it!

The tour was interesting but I found the guide not as prepared. We always had to wait for her to purchase the tickets, then the audio guides and finally when she translated the tour in Spanish. I would recommend not taking a bilingual tour, a lot of information is missed and slows the tour down.

Purchased the tickets online - no issues at all! The meeting spot was easy to find, the guide Ivan was friendly and knowledgeable. Our tour was in both English and Spanish. Initially I thought that this would be a bit boring as Ivan said everything in both languages, however, it actually gave us time to look around each room, which was quite nice as other tours you are frequently rushed through.
