HIGHLY RECOMMEND this experience to skip the never ending line!!! Organized groups/tours get to bypass the long line and go directly into the venue after a quick security screening. Our tour had a headset and we received individual ear pieces. This was very helpful as most rooms are small and quiet so we would have struggled listening to our guide without ear pieces. The venue itself had amazing decorated rooms with very detailed designs and artifacts. I was blown away with the detail and history. This is a “must do” activity and it was very enjoyable. Make sure to walk over to the free admission ($1 donation suggested) to the Chapel after the tour.

Un tour maravilloso. English Is my native language but I speak and understand Spanish at an intermediate level. So, as ‘un reto’ I took the Spanish language tour. Our guide’s manner of speaking was very easy to understand because she spoke pure ‘Castilian’ Spanish and annunciated it well. I really enjoyed the tour.

Fabulous experience with Sergio as our guide. Sergio’s knowledge and enthusiasm made for a wonderful tour experience. The palace was absolutely sumptuous and Sergio’s commentary animated it all the more as we moved from stunning room to stunning room. The armoiries are also not to be missed! Highly recommend this tour and special thanks to Sergio for making it so special.
