Our Guide Ricio was fantastic, she had a great attitude and was incredibly knowledgeable. The day we toured was a local Madrid holiday and Ricio was able to move our group through the crowd with amazing grace. We enjoyed the pace of the tour and the multiple stories that were shared.

Had a really great tour of the palace with our guide Davide. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history surrounding the palace and the wider area and kept the group engaged and looked after us well. He also had a collection of printouts that he used to refer to during the tour which added informatino and clarity and showed the more recent uses of the palace for international meetings and such. The skip the line ws worth it. We didn't really notice until we came out because you go in a different entrance but when we left there was a queue right round the square. The palace itself is astounding inside. Whilst you can't take pictures for most of it the mental images will stay with you forever. One room alone took 55 years to decorate! Also for music buffs there's a collection of Stratavarius violins in cases which are worth up to 10M each!

Benito was very informative! He had a lot of interesting and entertaining things to say about the Royal Palace of Madrid. Well worth the money! I wish he and the company would have provided a radio and an earpiece so the listening experience is improved. Otherwise, excellent tour by Benito!
