The Reina Sofia Museum is perhaps under appreciated versus the Del Prado but is a must visit, fascinating experience of both the art of Picasso, Dali and many masters but also of the art history from the late 19th century to the WWII. Our guide Stefi was outstanding and made the experience one of the best I have experienced travelling to over 25 countries in Europe. Stefi both helped us make sense of the art as well explained in superb, analytical detail the evolution of art along with the society of the times. And it was amazing to learn about the life stories and influences that shaped both Picasso and Dali and a few others. A must visit place even if you have just two days in Madrid! Highly recommended. I found it simply superb. Thank you Stefi 🙏
