Very useful. At the Prado and Reina Sofia Museum, you have to go to the ticket office, in an autonomous line, and collect the entrance ticket, but it was peaceful. At Thyssen, you enter right away with the ticket. But it all worked out very well. I will use the service again.

Loved the R.S and the T.B. Museums! The Pradobwas NOT user friendly and the admissions process was tedious and time consuming. They should make one stop to get tickets and enter. Makes no sense to have two separate sights esp since it was pouring rain and miserable out running here and there!

I was told to exchange the voucher for a ticket at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, but I was at a loss as to where to exchange it at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. If you ask the usher, is it a ticket for 3 museums? Then I entered it because it is okay to enter as it is. I guessed that the need for exchange was gone, and when I went to the Prado Museum next time, I couldn't enter, and I needed to exchange for a ticket, so I went to the ticket office. Apparently, I couldn't understand the story, and when I went to the ticket counter of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, I finally understood the story and exchanged it for a ticket. When I went to the Prado Museum again, I needed to exchange it again, so I exchanged it at the ticket office. I was able to enter. Apparently, this ticket looks like the "Museum Street Pass (Abono Paseo del Arte)" sold at the 3 museums. It took time to enter.
