The drivers and transfers were excellent but we can't say the same about the communication before the transfers. We were supposed to be contacted a day in advance for pickup/dropoff details but both times we had to contact the GYG customer support (which is stellar by the way) to confirm everything as we received nothing from the transfer company. Overall we are very happy with our transfers but we would like to see that they improve their communication with clients in the future.

Driver was only a few minutes late, which was concerning at first because we had to get to the airport in time. I would’ve like contact information for the driver, as other private transfers provide this, in the event something like this occurred. We arrived to the airport in perfect timing, so everything worked out in the end.

Malgré le retard de notre vol, le chauffeur nous attendait à l'arrivée. Le véhicule était très grand, spacieux pour nous deux. Nous avons été déposées juste devant l'hotel et le même chauffeur est venu nous chercher pour le retour. Il a respecté l'heure de rendez-vous fixée (il était même en avance!) Service très fiable à recommander!
