BOOK THIS CLASS. By far one of my favorite things we did in Madrid. The owner of the school is an amazing guy and has such a passion for cooking. Collectively the class cooked 9 different tapas and had sangria included. Well worth the money and a great experience. Loved being able to sit down with everyone to talk and enjoy the food at the end. Was given a free copy of the recipes we cooked in the class.

Very fun cooking class, which I enjoyed. Very open and engaging teacher and the resulting food was absolutely delicious. I deducted one star simply because it was very hard following the details of what the others in the group were doing while one was busy with the selected/assigned task as more or less all tapas were prepared simultaneously. Thus I didn't get out as much as I had hoped.

This was a great way to learn about Spanish tapas and bond with other people. We cooked together as a group, ate together as a group, and laughed together as a group. The chef and his staff were great with explaining the local cuisine and offering restaurant recommendations while in Madrid. I would definitely recommend.
