A good way to see the most important places in Madrid. We have done both tours but never got off and resumed the route. For that you would have to take a 2 day tour. Only recommended if you can sit upstairs, preferably on the right side of the bus, view below is really bad. I might do it again, but not necessarily...

Tour was ok. GetYourGuude needs clearer directions about bus stop locations instead of just the name of nearest museum or plaza because that leaves a huge area that must be searched looking for very small bus stop signs (gps location of stop would be more accurate). Even after activating the ticket and getting a map, the locations listed on map for individual stops is still too vague. The company seemed more interested in covering their interests when advising about potential delays due to public marches on tte roads asking if we understood before activating our Get Your Guude voucher—as if we could keep the voucher and use them at a later date in a city we were leaving later that evening. From the curt responses of the staff, the unscheduled bus stop for the workers bathroom break, the lack clarity of bus stops, and the overall underwhelming sites and recorded explanations, this HOHO ranks in the lower percentage of the similar tours we have taken in cities around Europe.

Beautiful experience, it's worth it, I will use this service in every existing capital as it allows you to see everything and dwell on what inspires you the most. The only negative note is the coat obviously closed in bad weather or the windows always open in bad weather, which froze us in a rush.
