Both routes let you see the best of Madrid. Very busy at most times but that adds to the journey.

Easy to book and instructions were clear on where to meet. If you download Madrid City Tour App then you can see where the various buses are and at what time they are due at a stop. This was very handy when we switched between the two routes having gone for a tapas lunch after the first tour and wanted to pick up the next tour close to lunch rather than walking all the way back to No 1 stop. We could then stay on the bus past No1 and carry on to ensure we saw everything. Only downside with the first route was that our bus didn’t have both sockets working on the seats we chose. The bus conductor plugged my husbands headphones into another socket which later on the route caused a bit of a problem when someone else boarded. Luckily a solution was found quickly. I felt some of the commentary could have been more informative but overall we are very pleased we took the tour and seeing the modern part of Madrid as well as the old part was interesting.
