Iet was a bilingual tour (Spanish and English). We were divided into 2 smaller group when we reach Toledo which is perfect. Our guide Alejandro was great. He showed and explained each site nicely. Be prepared to walk a lot thru the small narrow cobble stone street. It was a bit confusing to get back on our own to our meeting place to go back to Madrid but we did it. There was traffic accident in the late afternoon, so our bus back was delayed by 40-45 minutes. The company arranged for double decker buses to pick us up and other tour groups as well. There was chaos getting into the bus because everybody wanted to get back. It all work out in the end.
