What people are saying about Madrid

This is a pricey course but in our view well worth the price. The dishes were very well chosen to give us a wide range of tastes and choices. So many learnings that you simply cannot get from cookbooks or cookery programs. Our teacher (Anette) was very knowledgeable and organised and we got through them all with her expert help and a few glasses of sangria. Great fun. A great way to spend an evening

Very well organized and nice group. We really enjoyed our experience and look forward to making tapas when we return home.
