Great tour with a great and knowledgeable guide. Met really interesting other travellers on the tour and the food and drinks all excellent. We did a different food tour in Funchal a few years ago and glad this one visited different stops. The cheese tasting with wine was new and very good.

Amazing tour! Our guide, Jaqueline, was very knowledgeable about the food and the history surrounding both it and Madeira. She was super friendly and very hospitable. Everything was well organised and the quality of the food samples were superb. The layout and the structure of the tour, as well as the food provided gave a great impression of the local Madeiran cuisine and its history in a short timeframe. I saw some reviewer who gave this a mediocre rating, however I believe it may depend on what kind of group you end up with, ours was very interactive and cheerful which gave everything an amazing atmosphere. Apart from a great food tour, I also made some new friends. All in all, an amazing tour definitely worth doing. Thank you so much Jaqueline!

There were the 2 of us and 9 other fellow travellers enjoying the trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about Funchal that we did not already know even though we have visited several times before. Excellent snacks and food, couldn't fault it.
