Luis' was excellent, he made our trip very enjoyable, loved it. Such a kind, polite and knowledgeable guide for the trip. Nothing was too much, he saved the day for us when we didn't have cash payment for the basket ride. He went out of his way to help us which we really appreciated. Absolutely superb experience from start to finish. The Tuk Tuk ride offered us not only a wonderful journey through Funchal but we were offered lots of information to help us make the most of our stay. Such great service, so friendly! An exhilarating and traditional ride that we won't forget.
