Picked up on time from my hotel and the driver, Pedro, was super friendly and gave tips and advice on the way to the hike drop off. You are given everything you need to complete the hike. Shame the path to Ruivo is closed and would have been better to be informed before booking, but the alternative hike is still beautiful and rewarding
We are very pleased with the transfer service. The transfer was well organised: the information was sent to us in advance and organisers kept us updated with the latest changes, shared some tips for the trip as well. Our driver Pedro explained to us the routes and assured that we got all information needed to make our hike comfortable.
Picked up on time from my hotel and after picking up a few others en route, we arrived at the hike drop off with easy to follow directions for the hike so you can’t go wrong or get lost. A beautiful hike, not very challenging as it’s mostly flat through sheltered forest, but the reward of the waterfall is well worth doing
We had an amazing day in a small group. Pedro, our guide, was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and friendly. We were left dropped off at our locations and left to our own devices to explore for the time we had. A genuinely lovely day. Really good way to see the island. Great value for money. Totally recommend.
Our guide, Jose was very friendly and helpful throughout the day and he was very knowledgeable about the island and its history. A great day out visiting the west and north of Madeira and I totally recommend and hope you enjoy as I did.
