Take your Time to get up to the mountain, the path is quite challenging but doable unless you are a person with overweight, if you smoke or if you never exercise. If two of this three conditions happen to you you will have great views but will most likely not make the 2,800 steps and 600meter until the top. Calculate enough waiting time (1h min) for the bus bringing you back from the ruins to Machu Picchu town, this was very important as we had to catch a train.

Felix was our guide who took us up to Inca bridge, and then the Machu Picchu Ruins. He was extremely informative, and patient, when I had to wait about 15 minutes to clear up a migraine headache just prior to seeing the bridge while signing in at the ranger's guest registration site. Felix was also very patient waiting for me to occasionally stop clinging to the rock trail side-walls long enough to move forward along the trail, at what I perceived to be sometimes terrifying, but worth seeing anyway.
