Maasai Mara National Reserve

Journey to Nairobi where upon arrival you will be dropped back at your city center accommodation. we will serve you with a complimentary lunch at a travellers motel on the way to nairobi. Arrival is between 3 and 4 pm depending on traffic. Option: Upgrade your tour to include a hot air balloon ride. Get picked up by the balloon safari vehicle and drive to the launching area. Drift over the park as you view the animals, take in the amazing sunrise with a buffet breakfast and champagne. Alternatively, include an evening visit to the local Masai village for a cultural tour. Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local people.

Spend the whole day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodiles. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park under a Croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park. It's in the Mara that the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (around June to November). Following on the herds are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures. Returning to the camp in the late afternoon, enjoy dinner as you swap stories with fellow travelers about the great sights you have seen. Afterward, you have the option to visit a Maasai cultural village to gain insight into the homes and social structure of the Maasai people as well as how they live in harmony with the environment and the animals. Wake up early on day three have breakfast before departing to Nakuru National Park, have an option of visitng Masai Village at own cost $20 per person payable to Masai Moran direct. Stop over for a picnic lunch along the way and soak up views of the magnificent Kenyan landscape that surrounds you. Arrive in Nakuru and, if time allows, pass by Naivasha for a boat ride, at your own expense. Day four begins with a hearty, early morning breakfast followed by a tour through Nakuru Park, which is home to over 350 species of birds including colorful flamingos. The park is also home to black and white rhinos and has been established for the protection of endangered species such as this. After an unforgettable four-day experience, relax and reflect on the return journey to your hotel or airport in Nairobi.

Day 3After an early breakfast, check out and Head to Lake Nakuru and stop for lunch in the local town before continuing to your accommodation for the night. Day 4Start with another early breakfast and depart for Nakuru National Park for a 3-hour game drive. The park is home to a sanctuary for black and rare white rhinos, as well as flocks of pink flamingos that live at the lake’s edge. To finish the tour, make your way back to Nairobi. The Mara reserve is 1510 km² of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile riverine woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is a typical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife. The first pink tongues of sunlight flicker across the skies as the hot air balloon fills, then rises. Suspended in a basket beneath the rainbow-colored canopy, you will experience a wildlife viewing adventure from an entirely different perspective. Your hot air balloon flight lasts approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, drifting wherever the air currents take you, with ample opportunities for photography and video filming. When your Kenyan hot air balloon safari finishes you will toast your return to earth with a champagne breakfast, cooked wherever you land. Your hour hot air balloon safari ends with a transfer back to your accommodation at in an open Jeep for easier game viewing.

Start by an early pick up from your residence or hotel within Nairobi at 6:00am and start the drive to Maasai mara with a stop over at the Great Rift Valley view point to see the effects of volcanic activities which happened many years ago.
