Her expertise and enthusiasm made the tour a standout among the many Segway adventures we've enjoyed in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen. Roman's comprehensive safety briefing, complete with clear hand signals, instilled confidence from the outset. Her skill at navigating busy intersections and ensuring our group's safety was truly impressive. We felt completely secure under her watchful eye. Beyond the safety aspect, Roman's knowledge of Lyon's key landmarks and history was outstanding. Her engaging storytelling brought the city to life, making the tour both informative and entertaining.
