I was unsure where Rhône express was but if you follow the signs and go outside it’s easy and you have to go down 2 levels, basically underneath the station. The lady Rhône express worker scanned my digital ticket but then made a mistake by giving me 2 day instead of a 4 day physical ticket. She keer gave me 2 physical tickets - each valid for 2 days.

Good morning! A pleasant, worthwhile experience. The transport in 30 minutes from the airport to the city is perfect. I am very disappointed with that fine print provision on the Lyon City Card: to use the Lyon public transport included in the offer, you must ask for the card from the stewards at Rhonexpress. But this transport is included in the LCC price, why do I have to ask for the trips already paid by me and they don't give it to me when they scan the travel permit issued by the LCC?!? Do you think we come to Lyon to stay at the train station after getting off the Rhonexpress?!? Not to mention we went back to Rhonexpress to ask for the public transport cards and that steward, even though he saw when he scanned the code on the pass that we had four days paid, he tried to give us cards for only two days. and I had to ask for the other two too...disappointing behavior of the stewards, allowed by the fact that they are not obliged to hand over those transport cards.

Metros funicular and trams easy to use. You get the tickets off the stewards using your qrs code at the Rhine express train. Doesn’t appear to be an office at airport or terminus. Be careful to ensure you get enough tickets for your trip, we paid for 4 days worth, and steward only had 2 day ones, and these stewards English was as poor as my French! As for the entry to listed sites it saved a packet, and the film museum and muse de confluence were highlights! Defo worth getting
