The bus was brand new and the earpieces were easily fitted. You could choose the language & change volume. The commentary was so clear and interesting. We stopped in about 12 places over about an hour or so. You could get get off and catch the next bus a half an hour later. It was the best experience ever. I would highly recommend this tour for familiarising yourself with the city of Lyon.

This is without doubt one of the best city tours we have been on. The bus is comfortable. The recorded guide is in many languages and is interested and understandable. The hop on/hop off is brilliant. You stop in the most amazing places. It is without doubt the only way to drink in the cultural diversity of the incredible city. This is a great way to seethe beauty of Lyon in one day. It takes you through the old parts of town and the new giving one an appreciation of how Lyon has developed. Only downside is that the service could be more frequent. There was a gap of 2 hours between our bus and next. Oh and don’t forget to print your ticket. Email copy will just not do.
