The tour in itself was excellent and gave a great sense of Lyon. However, it was spoilt by buses not turning up once we had ‘hopped off’. Others had a bus go straight past them at the stop, and we had to wait 45 minutes at the stop to ‘hop on’. Need to give more attention to the drivers stopping at stops and consistency with timetable.

Very interesting and full of great facts and information. After hoping off and getting back on the bus the driver didn't mention that the sound onboard wasn't working only after asking were we advised we needed to download and app to follow the speaker.

My family and I enjoyed the bus tour. The information provided about Lyon was great. It would have been much better if the busses were operating on a regular half-hour schedule. The availability of additional hop on hop off routes was only announced on the bus at an additional cost, whereas in other cities this was all part of the ticket, which made planning much easier.
