The communication before was great, the driver show up promptly! He was really friendly and the trip was super quick. The operator I have been WhatsApping even called to make sure everything were ok! Price wise you can probably get cheaper from local taxi but then you could need to negotiate and the cars are not that nice

The price was ok for us but of course can get cheaper but you would have to negotiate! The office communicated with me very well but the driver arrived quite late. We were the last one left from our flight. Then he let one of the airport porter to walk with us all the way to the car even though we only had 2 small bags. It would been good if he helped to tell him to go when we already said we didn’t need the porter as he wanted to ask for tip.

I had an amazing experience. Everything went really smoothly and the service was super efficient (high quality with a very reasonable price) . The coordinator, Ahmad was really kind, super helpful & resourceful & did everything to make sure my transfer went smoothly. Our driver was a gem: he was so nice and kind. He even took time to give historical infos about his beautiful city, Luxor. I highly recommend this service.
