On the first day we had a wonderful time with our amazing guide Waleed, where we went to Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple- the best part was Waleed’s storytelling. In the evening we went to the lightshow- it was great to see the temple in the evening with light and sound effects. Balloons the next day were mind blowing and City of the Dead together with the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut were so interesting! Our driver Abdo was always reliable, forthcoming and on time. In summary a great experience!

We had the most incredible two days!! Our driver (Emad Adm) picked us up on time and drove us safely in a very comfortable air conditioned car everywhere, always helping us and keeping us cool and hydrated. We met our guide (Aziz) who stayed with us for the entire trip. His knowledge of each site was amazing and he answered all our questions, also helping us to avoid unwanted sellers. Cannot rate him highly enough! The temples and burial sites were incredible - and Aziz gave us so much information about the history of each. The hot air balloon ride was a real highlight!! Cannot recommend this highly enough! Bucket list stuff. The hotel in Luxor was great - right on the bank of the Nile - very safe and clean. Food throughout was great! The whole trip was excellent value for money and very high quality. I would recommend this trip unequivocally. Bring plenty of sun protection though as it was very hot!!
