The activity was excellently conducted from contacting us ahead of time and giving us the idea that how everything will be conducted. The pickup was prompt, we were taken to the west bank hot air balloon location from our hotel first via Van then boat and another Van. There were coffee and tea offered on the boat. Once on the site we were told where to wait and what to expect with safety instructions and our flight time .and then we finally took our first flight Wich was a great experience to fly over fields while overlooking magnificent heritage on the banks of river Nile with a bird's eye view..our captain kept of feeding us with all the information about the structure around us and in general bout the balloon. Special thanks to Ramadan who was managing this whole operation was conducting it very professionally. The last one was a surprise to me that the tip request was completely optional and anonymous and was not at all forced, a welcome change as per Egypt standards.

Ok…so they views are clearly incredible. However, they majorly overpack the balloon with people to the point that everyone is touching and it is very hard to move/turn around. You may have an obstructed view, and have strangers touching you for an hr or so. Just expect that if you go. But it was pretty awesome. Hey….its Egypt!

Absolutely fantastic! The tour is very well organised, the guide will pick you up on time, you will take a boat to move from east to west side, overall hassle-free trip with unforgettable view from the sky. Also Yousef and Abdullah, really nice guides!
