Board the ship at lunchtime and embark on a relaxing First Class cruise on Lake Lucerne to Vitznau or Küssnacht and back. Admire the stunning views of the lake and its surrounding landscape as you sit down to savor a delicious meal on board. Choose between a set vegetarian or non-vegetarian 3-course menu. Please refer to the gallery for the menu. Enjoy 1 mineral water and 1 coffee or tea per person included in the price. Additional drinks can be purchased on board. Indulge in freshly cooked dishes that are prepared with regional products. From the end of May until the beginning of autumn, the roundtrip will take you to Küssnacht am Rigi and back to Lucerne. This tour takes 1 hour and 50 minutes and can easily be combined with other activities in the city. A relaxing Lake excursion with an excellent meal. Highly recommended for those who want a break from the tourist invaded Lucerne city. The day was absolutely beautiful with excellent views of the surrounding Alps. The food was well prepared and wait staff at your every service.

I think that a knowledgeable trip facilitator could add to the experience. I prepaid for lunch but when boarding the boat there was no instruction on what to do. We sat downstairs first, then we noticed people going upstairs, and realized the restaurant was upstairs. Then we got no directions, so we sat at a table - any table. Then the waitress came along and she gave us a menu with prices on it. I said we had prepaid and she said no, you have to pay for everything. I was perplexed. She gave us the menu, it was limited, so we ordered a sandwich - which turned out to be poor. Then I asked a passing waitress if she could speak English and she said yes. I showed her our booking and she said you have a reserved table, but someone was already sitting there. It was a bit of a mess, but they sorted it out. We are not novice travelers, but this was very random organization, with no directions offered. We enjoyed it, and would do again, but take the feedback as constructive.

My getting to Lucerne by train was horrible that day (delays and cancellations). When I reached out by email to inform them, they were very responsive! I made it to the tour with minutes to spare, and everyone was exceptional. The food, & crew was great, and the views were breathtaking.
