What People Are Saying About Lucerne
This is definitely a 'must try' experience for all those going to Switzerland. This tour ticked all the right boxes for us. The staff involved in checking us in, the bus driver and our guide Daniela were all very friendly and professional. The bus was big, neat and clean and it was safe, scenic drive through the different Swiss cantons with stops in between for those wishing to use the toilet. The ride up to Mt Titlis is via 2 cable car and the scenery is amazing. The activities at the top are a must try and included in the ticket price. Once at the top, you are refreshed by the open mountain air, the snow and the excitement to experience as much as you can. This tour shows you nature at its very best and combined with the wonderful people, makes for a brilliant experience.
I want sure about paying so much for a tour, but on researching, this is pretty much the same price as the train and lift; so go with the guide! Luzern was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland and obviously Titlis was out of this world, even in summer. Guide was whacky (in a cute Swiss way!) and left the perfect balance of free and guided time. Don't hesitate to pay, if you can afford it; for the convenience and local knowledge it's worth every penny!
You guys were awesome in managing the tour, guide Marcel, his assistant and driver Nigel were very nice helpful and professional. Just one suggest - you should provide some historical facts willing crossing such historical points along the way upto the top. Marcel did at some points but it is done frequently with more info. It will e interesting and helpful for tourists. Overall I rate my experience EXCELLENT
