We loved the class, Sylvia was an excellent teacher and we learned so much. The food was all brilliant and no one was hungry when we left. Highly recommend this class. The only change I would suggest is clearer information regarding the meeting place as we were sent 2 different locations and this was rather confusing. The only other suggestion might be to offer more than just red wine.

We booked this experience due to the very good reviews and we were not disappointed! Monica and Paolo are wonderful people, they welcomed us in their house and we made some amazing pasta in their beautiful outdoor kitchen. We learned so much about the different kinds of flour and how to knead pasta dough (and how long). But it was not only the cooking that was special. Monica and Paolo also prepared some antipasti for us to try and everything tastes fantastic! Monica is also a very good teacher and very passionate about her work. The atmosphere was very familiar. And pur homemade pasta tasted great. If you are in the area around Lucca, I highly recommend to book this cooking event, it is so special, especially if Monica is assigned as your cooking instructor. I cannot recommend this enough, it is so worth the money. Just do not eat too much before so that you can enjoy all the amazing food!
