Beautiful weather, rode e-bikes first around the walls of Lucca with a bit of history….then rode about 4 miles out to the hillside to a quaint family run winery. Nice winery tour, lovely sampling of 4-5 wines, bruschetta, prosciutto, cheese, honey, etc. Luca, our guide, was energetic and friendly. Had a fun day!

The tour was great. The e-bike once went along the city wall of Lucca. Our guide provided us with interesting information before we drove further into the fields to later eat some bread with sausage and cheese and try wine in a small and beautiful winery. The tour was a lot of fun. The ride on the e-bike was very relaxed, even when it went uphill. Our guide was very friendly and personable and knew a lot about Lucca and the history of Tuscany. We would book the tour again.

Fantastic guide. Delicious lunch. Friendly family-run vineyard.

What a fun few hours spent with Luca, our guide. He spoke excellent English and gave us a very interesting tour around Lucca outlining the history and various landmarks. There seemed to be no question he couldn't answer! The bikes were easy to handle and in good condition and the small family-run vineyard was like being invited to lunch by distant family. The tour was very simple, showing winemaking on a small scale but they answered any questions we had and we got to try 3 very nice wines with a delicious lunch. There was no hard sell to get us to buy more wine, but we did anyway! Just as we were due to leave the heavens opened so we were invited back in to drink coffee until the rain had passed. Throughout the day we felt we got very personal service and were not rushed on to the next stage at any time. I would highly recommend this tour.
