The hop-on hop-off tour is an open ticket valid for 1 day following its activation

Here visiting Los Angeles for my birthday. Wrote down the wrong day for my your. Tried connecting with someone from Tuesday, January 28th (my bday) until Thursday, January 30th. Chatted online with a virtual rep who could not find my booking info with the booking confirmation number provided. Ask for me to take a screen shot snd email. I did. We got disconnected. Sent two emails/inquiries which was undeliverable. Called using the number provided. Phone number is mot that of the vendor. Highly disappointed. Wanted to see if I could dates. I was a party of one. Very disappointed.
