We did the Windsor/Stonehenge/Oxford day trip with our guide Richard. The program is tight but the organization was great. We received a lot of background information and our individual needs were addressed. It is advisable to take something to eat with you. There are offers on site, but of course the time is limited and you want to use them for the visit. The tour will be in English, but Richard could also speak German. We were able to visit Windsor and Stonehenge on our own with an audio guide. We received detailed information in advance and were informed about the process on site. Richard took us through Oxford and then we had some free time. We definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

A very long and large sized tour. Not the biggest fan of the large coach bus tours (50 people). It was a 13 hr day which was a tad too much for our family of 4. Be prepared to rush through everything because the time needed to travel in between sites takes a while. Our Bus driver was 20 min late to our pick up spot in Oxford and traffic back to London was agonizingly long. I would reduce the amount of sites if I was to do this type of again.

The guide Jim D. was super accommodating, knowledgeable, pleasant, very very professional. He sought to answer for everyone. Evans is the best reference for this kind of activity. Point to improve: plan a little more time at Windsor Castle (45 min., it's not enough.) We then had at least 1 hour at Stonehege and 90min at Oxford. Very satisfied anyway.
