Vivian was our instructor this week and she clearly LOVES her job. That makes such a difference in the experience. She is so passionate about cooking and local cuisine it was really a pleasure to learn from her. She made the experience enjoyable and easy to follow. I will definitely be using some of these recipes at home!! There is a paid public parking lot close by near the big cathedral. It is a short walk from there to the little shop where the class is located. I highly recommend this experience!!

This was so much fun! Our chef was so passionate about good food and making it easy. As a family we tried new foods, learned some new cooking techniques and had a lot of laughs. It was a nice break from sight seeing and a delicious lunch! Muy Buena Comida!

It was a really nice experience, Riccardo was amazing, made for the job. The food was delicious and we made it!! I was alone but it was no problem, I will definetely repeat it with my partner.

Ricardo was Kindle and explained very Wellington recipes. I warmly recommand his courses.
