We enjoyed our personal tour with Ari. She knew her facts, restated some again when asked without hesitation. She took photos at the specific Beatle sites to help us retain the information and was very friendly. She even helped guide us back on the train.

We were at the meeting point from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and the guide never showed up. You even emailed me that very morning ticking ticking to get ready and the activity approaching, confirming again the time and place. We even paid for a cab to get to Marble Arch. We are from Canada and it was a dream for us to participate in this activity. You should be ashamed. You could have at least advised me on you canceled. I ask for reimbursement. Very disappointed.

Excellent experience and happy we chose this tour.

Our guide was awesome and included all the sites we hoped to see. Also took our pics crossing Abbey Road which I’d always wanted to see. Well done!!
