We really enjoyed visiting this museum. It is well laid out, with some interesting examples of public transport through the ages. It was nostalgic to sit in the Northern Line train carriage, it brought back memories of using a similar carriage in my youth. The only problem was towards the end of our visit the building had to be evacuated due to a fire. So was unable to visit the shop.

It was great. My 4 year old son loved going and seeing and getting into all the transport vehicles. It can get a little busy but to be expected in the summer holidays. Personally think it needed more air conditioning on as it could get a little warm but personal preference.

We booked the day pass and joined the queue for pre booked tickets. When the doors opened we were told our tickets weren't valid and we had to go and queue again in a separate queue for the ticket office. The tickets we had couldn't be scanned. This needs to be rectified.
