We were unable to take the tour as we had contracted Covid within the allotted 24 hour cancellation time and they would not refund our payment. As if we had control of when Covid would strike us. Our travelling partner was able to go but said that there was way more walking than advertised (the description of easy walking was removed from the advertisement). It would not have been possible for us to undertake, Covid or not.

Very informative and entertaining tour. I’m not too spry, so it did keep me on my toes keeping up during the walks (but John kept checking to make sure I was doing okay) I can’t recommend John Steel the guide highly enough. He knew the most interesting trivia about much more than Wartime London, and that makes things much easier to remember. Yves, the driver, was also a driver extraordinaire. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
