    Staff was very helpful. Our only problem was that we had booked a cruise and the information on the app said that the last cruise leaving from Westminster pier was at 7.20 pm. We arrived at 6.05 pm and after an hour waiting were informed that the last cruise left at 6.00pm. We were very disappointed with this. Especially as we waited an hour, with children, in the cold.

    The Tootbus is highly recommended. We were 7 people (4 adults, 3 children). Very friendly, helpful and flexible staff. Very good value for money. The boat trip is unfortunately only in one direction, but a nice way back for a walk on the Thames. Will also use the Tootbus offer on other city trips.

    We liked it very much! We traveled as a family; our children are 7 and 17 years old. We were there at the beginning of February and were often the only ones on the bus :) The boat trip on the Thames was very nice, but unfortunately a bit short. Otherwise highly recommended!
