We got some great pictures from the top of the boat however the speaker was very muffled so couldn't hear/make out all the interesting information about the different sights we were seeing. It was also very cold on the top of the boat so if you wanted good pictures you had to freeze for them. Since it was so cold there was limited seating in the downstairs area where it was warm so felt very cramped. If I were to do the cruise again I would either choose a warmer day or a day that's less crowded so I could hear what the tour guides were saying.

Great boat ride but issues were: I ordered tickets online the day before. When we arrived there was no signage that the ticket needed to be validated so we missed the boat standing in line and then had to go back to get our ticket. Also the tour speakers went out during the rides so we did not get the full tour.

Worth the money

This has been on my bucket list for a while. Seems we picked a great time to do it. We booked on line and then discovered we had to download the app in order to get the tickets. We arrived at the pier only to bf informed we had to queue at the ticket office to get our tickets validated, which kind of defeats the object of booking online to avoid the queue. The crew were giving a local commentary as we made our way from Westminster pier down to Greenwich, which was interesting and informative if not altogether historically accurate. Overall we enjoyed the trip although we wouldn’t rush to do another.
