To find the place where I exchanged tickets I had to ask twice for directions. At the station, the cashier wasn't sure if my voucher could be exchanged for tickets, but in the end it turned out that it was and I got a ticket to London and back to Stansted Airport at no extra cost. The driver of the SH308 was really nice, he informed passengers in detail about the stops along the way, he was witty and professional. On the way back SH255, despite a few degrees Celsius outside, the driver turned on the air conditioning with cold air, it changed only after the intervention of one of the passengers. The road was smooth in both directions and the National express buses left on time. The buses themselves were clean, comfortable with wifi access and two active USB inputs. Each seat is equipped with seat belts. Luggage is set up and released by the driver in the luggage hold - it's probably not entirely clear afterwards whose luggage it is, it's worth keeping an eye on.

Easy to find at the airport and Lady at the National Express counter also makes a reservation for the bus on our day of departure. She also printed it for us. The buses are on time and the drivers were very friendly. The drive from Stansted to London took us about 2 hours, because there are several stops in London and the last stop is Victoria Coach Station (that was our stop).

The bus station is easy to find and the information at the inter is very clear. There are agents to provide information and a "Ready to eat" to eat and wait while drinking a coffee. The transfer went perfectly but be careful, the bus stops at lots of stops. We took 2h15 instead of the 1h30 indicated in the app. Allow at least 2h30 for the journey to avoid stress.
