More than 500 different species live in 65 displays with some breathtaking features and plenty of inter-actives along the way. Take a walk on the wild side and watch from a suspended glass platform as 10 species of shark swim beneath your feet.

Continue to the new Ice Adventure attraction and see a glittering land of frost and snow, where the Kingdom of the Gentoo Penguins is situated. Join them on an icy adventure in their arctic realm as they splash and dive amongst the snow-white caps. Are you feeling brave enough to trek through the Amazon? Ranger Andy invites you to discover a brand new Rainforest Adventure! A storm has hit and Ranger Andy needs your help to unearth what lies beneath the surface in the Amazon.

Immerse yourself in a world of creepy crawlies, charming crocs, and curious critters. Come just centimeters away from the Goliath bird-eating tarantula, and race a colony of leafcutter ants to find the queen, before watching the feeding frenzy of the UK's biggest collection of piranhas

Good aquarium. Nice fish. Lots of aquarium life and the different decorated areas were fun and interesting. It was busy and we had to wait in quite a line to enter. Would’ve liked to see scheduled feeding or info sessions or something similarly informative

The first bit where you walk over the glass & underneath are sharks is the best bit. I thought that prebooking would determine that the experience wouldn’t get too busy as it was indicated at the time of booking, this would control numbers but actually it was rammed & therefore difficult to move around. I think pushchairs should be banned (there was a pushchair park) but lots of people used them even though their kids weren’t sitting in them. This made moving around more difficult. It had good accessibility though. I felt sorry for the peguins who had little space & inadequate daylight.
