What to Expect
Learn to take the best shots of London’s historic monuments on a 3.5-hour photography walking tour at night.
Starting from the Houses of Parliament, stroll along the banks of the River Thames, passing the London Eye, Waterloo Bridge, Millennium Bridge, and St. Paul’s Cathedral. End at the Tower of London and fairytale Tower Bridge.
There will be different demands on your camera settings during the evening tour, and you will look at camera and ISO settings, as well as white balance, starting with the onset of the "blue hour" (approximately 15 minutes after sunset).
Your first shot will involve depth of field (the f-numbers) and speed, taking a photograph that will involve motion blur and continuous exposure. Using a tripod, photograph the neo-Gothic Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, and St. Paul’s Cathedral, all magically illuminated at night.
Get off the beaten track to capture more unusual shots. Your professional photographer guide will help to ensure you get shots of London at its best - at night.
