Covid-19 Update

Due to health and safety regulations, this itinerary may change. See Know before you go for the latest updates.

Walk in the footsteps of your favorite wizards (and witches) around Muggle London. Your Harry Potter enthusiast guide will be armed with weird and wonderful trivia all along the way.  Meet your guide and start your adventure by finding out which Hogwarts’ House you belong in. Compete against other Houses in an interactive quiz as you see the sites that inspired J.K. Rowling, from Shakespeare's Globe to the London alleys that inspired Knockturn Alley.

Highlights include passing The Leaky Cauldron, the secret wizarding inn. Explore the real Diagon Alley, where Harry buys his first wand. Even see the bridge destroyed by the Death Eaters in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince".  For part of your guided tour, choose either a short boat trip down the Thames or take the world-famous London Underground. Both the boat and Underground options follow this itinerary:  1. Southwark Cathedral 2. 800-year-old Borough Market 3. Sir Francis Drake's world-famous Golden Hinde 4. Winchester Palace 5. 900-year-old Clink Prison 6. Shakespeare's Globe 7. Millennium Bridge 8. Daniel Radcliffe's School 9. The London Eye 10. River Thames 11. Sherlock Holmes' Pub 12. Great Scotland Yard 13. Gringotts Wizarding Bank 14. The world's smallest police station 15. Trafalgar Square 16. Knockturn Alley 17. Diagon Alley 18. Palace Theatre

We took our granddaughter on this tour. She is a Harry Potter fan. The tour went to filming sites around Borough Market and then we transferred to other sites around Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. The guide was very informative and the quiz as we went along was engaging and interesting. She is from Luxembourg and took time to interact with the group. Film clips were shown to illustrate which sites were used on an iPad. This was helpful but not always easy to see. Overall, this was a good experience and helped by the inclusion of the boat trip.

The tour was very good tour guide was good most enjoyable. Just,a few comments. Previous reviews said the guide was dressed as Hagrid so assumed that was the normal so had expected the guide to be in costume. Fortunately I had left this detail as a surprise so none of my party were aware but I was disappointed, I think the children in the group would have loved that. It said the tour was 2.5hrs but we finished at 12.30 1/2 an hour early. It said it finished at the Palace theatre but we finished down the road.Small points but when you are trying to schedule a days events they were a bit annoying. I would suggest the company consider the consistency in the product that they offer. Its a nice event so it's a shame that the attention to email would help Sian

Our tour guide(lady from Luxemburg was very knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. We liked that the guide had an ipad and could show us where in the film the locations that were used. It was a shame that once the tour was over we had to dash back to our hotel and pack to go home. We would have loved to go back around the places the guide showed us. Now that we are home we are going to watch the Harry Potter films again. The lady is a credit to you. (Sorry I can't remember her name)
