Always wanted to visit, it really didn't disappoint. Only complaint was no seating in food areas, although I was told it was due to covid restrictions. The 4D film was absolutely amazing. Staff friendly. We did have suitcases that made it very hard going with stairs and crowded areas. Maybe a note in the booking forms will advice against having luggage on visiting.

Although we had prepaid and booked a certain time slot for entry we still had to queue for almost an hour to get in. It was well worth it though. Our 11 year old grandson loved it and it was great for us too. You can take your own photos of the displays and even take your own photos with the “famous people” there. It was a shame that the London taxi ride had broken down when we were there but the 4D Marvel movie made up for it. A good couple of hours well spent.
