    • The full Changing of the Guard Ceremony at Buckingham Palace occurs every day in June and July.
    • Between August - May the Changing of the Guard occurs on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
    • On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday of these months the tour will instead witness the Changing of the King's Horse Guards at Horse Guards Parade
    • The Changing of the Guard operates at the discretion of the British Army and can be changed or canceled without notice
    • This is beyond the control of the tour operator
    • In case of bad weather the Changing of the Guard may be canceled
    • On these days the tour will endeavor to watch the Changing of the Horse Guards

    Informative tour seeing and learning about all the Westminster sights and getting front row in several places for the changing of the guard that we would have never been able to do ourselves. Really great guide who was able to answer all our questions.

    Our guide, Alan, knew everything that was going to happen and where it was going to go down. He guided us through the several points of the changing of the guard ceremony, explaining the history and reasons behind each step. And then in the end, he took us to a spot where we could pose with a royal guard on horseback. My family was skeptical at first, because the whole experience takes 2.5 hours. But even my teenagers admitted in the end it was fun and interesting. I definitely recommend this experience for history buffs in London, and I definitely recommend that if you are going to watch the changing of the guards, you do it with an expert guide.

    Wonderful tour guide Alan, made the tour fun and full of facts. Got some great photos/videos. The tour does include a fair bit of walking, well worth it for the good views and photos. Not our first trip to London, but we learnt alkt we didn't know! Thanks Alan 😃
