Full description
See where Beatlemania started, as you walk the streets that were scenes of a wild frenzy whenever the band appeared. Meet your guide in front of Marble Arch, which once was an entrance to Buckingham Palace, and walk to the place where John Lennon lived in 1968. Explore the quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Marylebone, full of houses that were formerly horse stables. Learn about the new teenage fashions that were started by The Beatles and pass the original Apple shop, a boutique set up by the band in 1967. Discover why the words "Hey Jude" on the shop window had to be painted over. Then follow your guide to tranquil Green Square, when you can relax and enjoy its rose garden. Continue through the park to reach the place where Paul McCartney lived. Guess which famous song he wrote while living in that flat. Next you will walk to The Palladium, an important concert venue. Imagine yourself in the roaring crowd and think about your favorite Beatles songs, before going to the site of their last live concert, held on a London rooftop. Finish your tour at Abbey Road to see the famous road crossing that featured on the cover of the 1969 Beatles album.

We enjoyed our personal tour with Ari. She knew her facts, restated some again when asked without hesitation. She took photos at the specific Beatle sites to help us retain the information and was very friendly. She even helped guide us back on the train.

We were at the meeting point from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and the guide never showed up. You even emailed me that very morning ticking ticking to get ready and the activity approaching, confirming again the time and place. We even paid for a cab to get to Marble Arch. We are from Canada and it was a dream for us to participate in this activity. You should be ashamed. You could have at least advised me on you canceled. I ask for reimbursement. Very disappointed.

Excellent experience and happy we chose this tour.

Our guide was awesome and included all the sites we hoped to see. Also took our pics crossing Abbey Road which I’d always wanted to see. Well done!!
