All in all, it was great, but the bus company changed the time on my trip by 15mins (earlier than originally scheduled) and I was NEVER notified. I couldn’t find anyone on my 9:45 bus, but lots of 9:30 people who were boarding already!! Terrible!

The overland D-Day tour was excellent. Francois is a local French expert on the WWII events. He enhances his tour with a a large book of maps and illustrations that tell a story to enhance see the areas. He picked us up at our cruise ship, we lunched near Omaha Beach and we continued until we had to return to the ship. He communicated very well prior and after the booking about what the tour included the times and meeting places and confirmed 48 hours before. He is globally versed in work events, issues and so my husband and I enjoyed the tour immensely. it was worth the cost compared to what the cruise offered.
