London: British Museum Guided Tour

Our tour of the British Museum with Joe was nothing short of magical. Joe’s deep knowledge and infectious passion for history brought every artifact we were introduced to - to life. He guided us through treasures like the Rosetta Stone and even some incredible cat mummies, while regaling us with tales of Greek and Roman gods, treachery, and fortunes lost and found. Each story was brimming with historical gossip, from the founding of the museum under George III to the fascinating secrets hidden within the museum’s walls. The two hours flew by, leaving us richer for every minute spent in Joe’s company. A wonderful journey through time, led by a a gifted storyteller. 🧣✨🇬🇧 Thank you!

Paul was fantastic. He reached out to us the morning of our afternoon tour to make sure we had our tickets, understood our meeting location, and his number if we had any questions or delays. The British Museum is HUGE so we spent the two hours highlighting some of the major and older pieces in the collection. He spoke clearly and was kind the entire time. After the tour he offered to point us in the direction of any exhibit we missed. He even offered to walk us over to the Egyptian section to see it more in depth. When I’m back with my mother in London, I will check with Paul to see if he is offering any tours.
