I am travelling with a 1yo baby and a 70yo grandfather in the family. It was my first time in London and I was a little nervous upon arrival as I couldn’t locate the meeting point. I stood at a corner and contacted the live chat agent was very professional and patient with me. While the agent was trying to contact the driver, the driver showed up in front of me with my name (I am sure this was the drivers own initiative to look for me). I found that the transition was very smooth after all and enjoyed the journey from the airport to my destination. I will highly recommend everyone to book your private transfer, right here! All good with the transfer except the driver was late, which after 36 hours’ travel was a little annoying. Apparently he was held up in traffic, which happens, but communicate with us, so we’re not left dangling. Other than that though, driver was a lovely guy, transport was clean and driving was excellent.

ドライバーさんは気さくな方で、ロンドンでの私の質問にも快く答えてくれました。ただ、空港に着いたら電話しないといけなかったのが、星4つの理由です。国際電話料金が掛かります。確か日本を出国前に会社の方から電話があって、到着ロビーで待っていてくれると言っていたと思います。当日はそのつもりでいましたが、ロンドンに着陸して携帯電話の電源を入れたらSMSが届いていて、ドライバーさんの情報が記載されてあり、最後には到着ロビーに着いたら電話してください、とありました。それが、残念だったところです。英語が話せない方にはハードルが高いと思います。
