Visit was great with a tour of the house and Princess Diana's wedding dress. I feel that part of the trip could have been bigger with more dresses on show. I was disappointed that the garden was closed and so could not see the memorial to Princess Diana close up.

The whole experience was eye-opening! All the staff were friendly, informative and enthusiastic about our tour and how to make it as memorable as possible. When I went for the tour COVID restrictions had recently all been lifted but the palace staff were still very good about keeping everyone safe with lots of sanitation stations everywhere and keeping everything clean.
