I missed the guided tour due to transport problems but the staff at the ticket office were fantastic and I did the tour on my own. Kensington Palace was fantastic, lots to see, I spent 3 hours there!
Aimed at anyone interested in British royal history. The various tours provide a nice insight into the lives of various royals. The employees are courteous and very friendly. The entire visit is very well organized.
