Easy entrance using tickets on my app. Not many people inside so felt at ease to be able see everything. Didn't use the cafe but it was very full, so had it been busier, there would have been little chance of getting a table. The displays were fairly limited compared with National Trust properties and I did expect more dresses in the special exhibition.

The tour and exhibition in the palace was excellent with good visual aids , models, films , artifacts with knowledgeable guides who were courteous and helpful. BUT..... we all thought The Royal Style was very disappointing. Ok there was the wedding dress and her going away outfit but the other very few exhibits were old and shabby and nothing that had belonged to the queen - such a pity.

Lovely experience, Diana's wedding dress was beautiful. Grounds spectacular. Well worth a visit. Disappointed that you couldn't get closer to Diana's memorial statue from the front view. Too many lingering in the background when trying to take pictures spoiling the pictures. Didn't like the queue at the entrance and WiFi access is limited causing stressful time trying to access ticket to enter
